Just because the system is broken doesn’t mean you are too.

Should you stay or should you go?
Quitting a job is not an easy choice. But when you’re in a toxic environment, it can come at a big cost to your emotional and mental wellbeing.
This package is for those who are ready to PAUSE and engage in a thoughtful decision making process instead of quitting in a moment of frustration and waking up the next day in a panic.
Coaching can help you gain:
A safe space to process your experiences, emotional clarity, room to dream, time to explore your values and priorities, actionable next steps, and a plan that feels good whether you decide you need to get out or even if you want to stay but with refreshed goals and boundaries.
You deserve a future you are excited about. Exit strategy decisions can be complicated so we offer a 6 session minimum package to get you started.

"What are you?" Recovery
IYKYK. This question can bring up a LOT of feelings. If you’re ready to challenge that question by exploring not ‘what’ you are but WHO you are, I can help you with that.
This offering is for those who want to process their experiences of being ‘othered’, especially as a multiracial or biracial person, both at work and even at home.
Microaggressions can wear you down but there are ways to mend. In coaching there is safe space for both the pain and beauty of telling your own stories about who you are and working to become the author of your own identity.
This coaching option is a pay-as-you go model designed for you to go as deep as you want for as long as you want. In time, we may even gently venture into that deeper question… where do you belong?

Custom Coaching packages designed to meet you where you are.
I have helped women of all ages define their leadership strengths, work towards a career transition, communicate with more confidence, gain clarity on their priorities and goal, and make decisions they feel good about.
However, the most common issues I encounter with clients is navigating complex work drama and processing racialized or intersectional experiences that are hard to talk about at work, and developing leadership competencies in a system that wasn’t built for you.
If you don’t have a mentor or colleague of color at work who “gets it” it can feel really isolating to be experiencing a toxic workplace. If this is you, I got you. Let’s talk.

I’m glad you’re asking that because I asked that myself. Coaching is unregulated and unlicensed in the US. There is a huge variety of people out there calling their work “coaching.” Look for people with training, ask them about their approach, and see if they have helped people like you before. Do your due diligence before choosing a coach. My complete thoughts on this are here in a blog post called “Is Coaching Quackery?”

Great question. It can be. I work thoughtfully to decolonize and deconstruct that parts of coaching that reproduce systems of oppression. It’s a journey and I am in a constant state of learning. My complete thoughts are here on my blog.
